In the early 2000s, amidst the tech-boom and innovative spirit of New Zealand, Vaughan Reed
By 2015, their pioneering content was streaming into venues across Auckland, captivating audiences daily. Among these viewers were internal communications professionals, grappling with the challenge of reaching and engaging their workforce through conventional means.
They expressed their frustrations, and Vaughan's team listened.
This feedback sparked the creation of Vibe.fyi.
The team recognised that organisations needed to bridge the communication gap for the frontline workforce, while cutting through the digital clutter for deskbound workers.
Vibe.fyi emerged with a clear vision: to empower communication teams to create inspirational content quickly and easily, shared in a way that increases reach and retention across the entire workforce.
Fast-forward to today, and Vibe.fyi is on its way to achieving its vision as a global leader in delivering top-of-mind communications for an informed, engaged and aligned workplace.

Vibe.fyi has had a positive impact on team meetings – the duration of meetings has reduced by approximately 30% because of not needing to cover the tracking of core services.
We originally needed a mechanism to push out health and safety information to all of our people.

We are now able to share general company information and specific site information to large groups of people.
