Psychologists define resilience as the ability to adapt well in the face of adversity or challenges. Designed in collaboration with resilience training and research experts from The Resilience Institute, this program builds employees awareness of how to build individual and community resilience as well as how 'fails of resilience' impact the body, heart and mind.
Employees will learn simple personal strategies for mastering effective ‘bounce’ recovery with breathing exercises to aid sleep, focus and relaxation.
