Zespri is one of the world's leading horticultural companies and a recognised category leader in kiwifruit. When Zespri’s staff moved into the company’s new head office in Mount Maunganui, they needed help to communicate effectively with their 350+ Zespri staff across the three-level office featuring activity-based work zones spread across four work neighbourhoods.
Vibe.fyi has made it easy to communicate quickly and effectively throughout the new office using large-format screens that feature lively and engaging content. At Zespri, people are a top priority so a lot of the messaging focuses on new staff, staff farewells, celebrating wins, reflecting on the world-wide team and a social media mashup.

We started with COVID messages, but after 6 months, we were communicating other business events on site.
We're using Vibe for EVERYTHING. Facebook groups, café menus, surveys (with a QR code), internal videos, welcoming our summer interns, Christmas messaging from our CEO + more!
We have found Vibe very effective as an implementation model for dashboard content.

Before Vibe there was a lot of 'printed flyers' which is both costly and environmentally unfriendly.
With Vibe's on-screen format it’s easy to make changes instantly on the fly without the need for a reprint. No more excuses from staff not reading internal emails. Messaging is right there, on the screen.
